He has extensive experience in the financial field in technology companies, cryptocurrencies, and payment gateways. In the intellectual property practice, he has advised various companies in registering trademarks, trade names, and invention patents. It stands out for its participation in the regulatory processes of both national and international financial companies.
Before joining Lex Atlas as a partner, Mario served as partner/director of Sfera Legal (2018 – 2022), Associate at Ayala & Betancourt (2012-2018).
