In her 15 years of experience in litigation and arbitration, she has advised on the defense of civil claims for damages for early termination of construction contracts, and filed a lawsuit against the supplier for the breach, in which she achieved the payment of damages for her client. She has practice as a defense attorney of criminal charges for tax fraud, special cases of tax fraud, and in the defense of complaints for customs fraud and special cases of customs fraud. She has been in charge of the defense of civil lawsuits for the termination of a distribution agreement, and the collection of damages for the termination of lease contracts. She has also filed lawsuits to defend intellectual property rights. Additionally, she has expertise in civil lawsuits for the protection of possession in lease contracts, in the defense of municipal administrative records, file for the nullity of a civil legal act, file claims for rendering of account, and as a counsel in a cassation appeal in which resulted in the execution of a real estate purchase agreement and the payment of damages.
