Alexander is an Associate at Lex Atlas.
During his time in the firm, Alexander has undertaken several legal proceedings in constitutional matters., such as amparo proceedings, and their appeals, and unconstitutionalities, all which have been settled by the Constitutional court.
Alexander has given legal counsel several civil and commercial trials, which includes probate processes, filing of anticipated proof, lawsuit provocations, and appeals. As a criminal law counselor, he has filed criminal charges, and been part of conciliatory hearings and property encroachment cases. In matters of Labour Law, he has been part of several trials, and has given legal advice on the development of internal labor regulations and benefits for many businesses.
Prior to his position as a Associate, he worked as a legal assistant for eight years.
